Hilltop Food Pantry & Project 64 Mobile food Pantry

Hilltop Food Pantry in Valparaiso, IN & Project 64

Hilltop Food Pantry partners with several local community organizations to help us serve approximately 1800 food insecure individuals per month year-round.  For holidays, volunteers prepare food baskets for needy families to provide festive holiday meals.

Coats, hats and gloves for children and adults are available during the cold winter months.  School backpacks with supplies and vouchers for new shoes are provided for neighborhood children going back to school in the fall.  Nutrition classes and recipes are offered periodically for adults and families.

Project 64

The focus of Project 64 is to address the specific needs of low income children and families.

Engage

Volunteers from churches and civic groups work with Valparaiso University Work-Study students to staff the Hilltop Food Pantry.  Local businesses and community groups organize food collections to benefit Hilltop.  Without the dedication and hard work of these priceless individuals, Valpo families in need would not receive the food they need.  You will see lots of activity about the food pantry on Hilltop’s Facebook page here.
